 1. The complaint is allowed.

2. Complainant is awarded Rs. 75,000/- towards compensation for her missing bag, with simple interest at 9% p.a. from 14/06/2011 (being the date of this complaint) till date of actual payment.

3. Complainant is futher awarded costs of Rs. 5,000/-.

4. All Opposite Parties are jointly and severally liable to comply with above directions and shall do so within 45 days of date of this order.
