Opp.  party   Air India is  present  through  learned  advocate . Complainant   is absent   without   any step.  Although  the case   has   been fixed   for filing   written objection    by the   complainant.

It is  seen from   the record   that   complainant was   absent   without   any step   on   27/01/22, 28/02/22,  01/04/22,  12/05/22,11/07/22   . We  are of   the view   that complainant    is not   interested   to proceed   with the   case &   accordingly   case is   dismissed    for default.
