Today the present complaint is fixed for tendering evidence by complainant subject to last opportunity but neither complainant nor his representative appeared in this case in-spite of repeated calls. On perusal of case file, it has come into notice of the Commission that on the previous date of hearing i.e. 31.03.2022 neither complainant nor any his representative appeared before the Commission though in the interest of justice, one last opportunity was afforded to complainant for tendering his evidence but of no avail.  It is 12.00 P.M.  Let, case file be again put up after lunch break.

                        Case file taken up but this time also neither complainant nor his representative has come present before the Commission for tendering evidence or producing any document to prove his version.  Case called several times. It is 3.50 P.M. Waited sufficiently. Further wait seems not to be justified. Accordingly, we have no option except to dismiss the present complaint for want of prosecution.  Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution. Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties concerned, as per rules. File after due compliance be consigned to the record room.
