Present:    Shri Kamal Sachdeva, Advocate for complainant.

                       

               Keeping in view even dated separate statement suffered by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs. The complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on same set up allegation, if advised so. The documents of any kind attached with the complaint are hereby ordered to be released in favour of the complainant and same are handed over to counsel for the complainant, who has acknowledged the receipt. File be consigned to the records.
