Act, 1986 wherein the complainant has prayed for direction upon the o.p. to replace the mobile purchased in the 2nd week of June, 2013 which developed various complications since delivery and as the o.p. in spite of repeated requests did not replace the same nor pay back sum of Rs. 1,200/-, the cost price of the mobile set. 2. The only point requires determination whether this Forum has territorial jurisdiction to try the complaint ? DECISION WITH REASONS : 3. On scrutiny of the record and enclosures it appears that this Forum has no territorial jurisdiction to entertain this complaint. Presumably, the complainant was attracted through on line advertisement to purchase the set at a price of Rs. 1,200/-. The business centre of the o.p. is located at 40/113, C. R. Park, New Delhi – 110010 which is outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Forum. So the complaint is hit by Section 11(2) of the C.P. Act, 1986. Hence, O R D E R E D That the C. C.
