This is a complaint filed by the complainant under Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to direct the opposite party to pay to the complainant a sum of Rs.23,018/- as compensation towards the deficiency in service caused by the opposite party and to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- for costs of the complaint and other reliefs.

            2. Today this complaint was called.  Complainant absent.   Counsel absent.  Opposite party absent.   In view of the Discharge Receipt and the memo for withdrawing the complaint filed by the complainant, this complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.   The memo for withdrawing the complaint shall form part and parcel of this order.
