ORDER

Heard the complainant who is in person regarding admission. The complainant who claims to have become member of Op club by paying Rs.1,20,000/- has not produced any document in proof of payment of membership fee. Further, he has not produced any document in proof of Op refusing to allot a site or for refund of money. It looks that the complainant has not made any demand to the Op to keep up his promise as made. Therefore, we find no cause of action for this complaint. Hence, complaint at the stage of admission is closed with liberty to the complainant to demand for compliance from the Op and in the event of refusal he may file a fresh complaint.
