          This is a complaint filed under Section 17 (1) (a) (i) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986   by the Complainant against the Opposite parties seeking to (a) declare the actions of the Ops as negligent, inhumane and against the professional ethics; (b) to grant Rs.1,25,000/- in favour of the Complainant for the hospital expenses, charges and fees received by the Ops; (c) to award an amount of Rs.75,000/- towards miscellaneous expenditure incurred by the Complainant for the treatment of the deceased Master Junaid Khan; (d) to award compensation of Rs.97,00,000/- for the mental agony, pain and loss of life of Mastedr Junaid Khan and future life of the Complainant and to award costs of the complaint.

          None appears.  Today also there is no representation for the Complainant as has been the case on previous date of hearing.  On the previous date of hearing, it is made clear to post the matter under the caption “for dismissal”.  Even though the matter is passed over till lunch time, none has appeared.  The Complainant is not evincing any interest in pursuing the matter.  Hence the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.
