Complainant is absent .No steps taken on 05.05.2017 the complainant was directed  to files correct address of the O.P for serve of notice on the O.P but the complainant fails to files the correct address of the O.P though three adjourned have already been given .It is perused that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case .Hence the complaint is dismissed for defects of the complainant.
