ORDER

The judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. This complaint is allowed in part. The complainant is held entitled to recover Rs.1,350/- together with interest @ 12% p.a. from 4-8-95 till the date of payment and the agreed date of interest from 23.06.1993 to 03.08.1995 and Rs.250/- towards the costs of this proceedings from the respondent. The respondent shall pay the amount of Rs.1,350/- together with interest @ 12% p.a. from 4.8.95 till the date of payment and the agreed interest from 23.06.1993 to 4.8.95 and Rs.250/- towards the cost of this proceedings within two months from the date of this order, apart from bearing their own costs. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to bothsides parties by R.P.A.D. immediately.
