              Op files hazira. The complainant files a petition, praying for time for hearing on the ground of his illness. The ground is not supported by any document. Case record shows that the complainant has been given enough time for hearing. On the last date, the complainant’s prayer for time was allowed as a last chance. Cost of Rs.1,000/- was awarded against the complainant. The complainant has not paid the cost. We are not convinced about the grounds for prayer for time. So, the complainant’s prayer for time is rejected. Complainant to get ready within the 10 minutes.
