The case is posted today for hearing. Advocate for the complainant is absent, no steps filed. O.P No.1 is absent. Advocate for the O.P No.2 is also absent. On repeated calls, none respond on behalf of the complainant. Hence, hearing of the case could not be taken up. Perused the case record.

                                         As the notice against O.P No.1 was sufficient and he neither appeared nor filed w/v, hence the O.P No.1 is set ex-parte. In the present case, the O.P No.1 is set ex-parte and the O.P No.2 was appeared & filed w/v. As it appears from the case record that the complainant remained absent since 06.12.2019 to till today except 25.02.2020 & 05.09.2022 and also not received the copy of w/v of O.P No.2, for which hearing of the case impaired and the valuable time of this Commission is being wasted. In the above facts and circumstances of the case, it is presumed that the complainant has no interest to prosecute her own case. Considering the nature & conduct of the complainant, this Commission is of the view that the complaint of the complainant should be dismissed.   

                                         Accordingly, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non-prosecution of the case.
