The case is posted today for awaiting intimation from State Commission, Cuttack. In the meanwhile, the Office in its own effort has downloaded the Judgment from Confonet website, where it is found that the original Consumer Case No.75 of 2012 was disposed of by this Commission on 08.10.2014, allowing the complaint of the complainant. Being aggrieved, the O.Ps have preferred appeal before the Hon’ble State C.D.R Commission, Odisha, Cuttack vide First Appeal No.663 of 2014 and the Hon’ble State Commission has allowed the appeal & the impugned order of this District Commission was set-aside.

                                         Therefore, taking into consideration to the order of the Hon’ble State Commission passed in First Appeal No.663 of 2014, the present Misc. Case bears no merit and thus, the present Misc. case is dropped accordingly.
