                        Heard on the application filed by the counsel for DH for release of the awarded amount .After going through the report of Accountant of this office and the order of Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Panchkula, the application is allowed and the Accountant of this Commission is directed to issue cheque in favour of Decree-Holder on furnishing surety bond against proper receipt and identification.

                        The counsel for DH has stated to withdraw the present execution being fully satisfied. Hence, in view of above statement of learned counsel of DH, the present execution petition stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
