None for OP no. 1 and 3.

                   Case called several times since morning. It is now 2.20 p.m. This case is pending for filing of the written statement on behalf of OP no. 1.  Despite various adjournments the OP no. 1 has failed to file the written statement.  This case was adjourned for the first time for filing of the written statement on 08.08.2014.  A period of about one and half year has passed but OP no. 1 has failed to file the written statement.

                   Counsel for the complainant not appeared in this case for the last few hearings.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint. Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is hereby dismissed in default. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
