Ritu Vs. The Little Shri School

Present:       Sh.Anurag Malik, Advocate for the complainant.

Sh.Pardeep Aggarwal, Advocate for opposite party.

Present complaint was filed by the complainant on dated 25.03.2019 and respondent appeared on dated 01.04.2019. On that day the complainant counsel made a statement that the complainant is ready to pay the dues, if any, pending regarding the students namely Avni and Avika of Class KG and Class 4th respectively.      Alongwith the complaint, an application for interim relief was also filed by the complainant. Case was adjourned to 02.04.2019 for filing reply to the interim application. Short dates were given keeping in view the future of the children.

On dated 08.04.2019, ld. counsel for the opposite party made a statement that are ready to issue School leave certificates of Avni and Avika on the same day. It was further submitted that no dues are pending against both the children.

Today ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that he has received the Transfer certificates of Avika Singh and Avni Singh from the opposite party.

After considering all the facts and circumstances of the case, it is observed that nothing is due against the students Avni and Avika and the main prayer of the complainant is regarding issuance of school leaving certificates of both the students which have already been issued by the opposite party. Hence, present complaint is hereby disposed of with no order as to costs.

Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
