      Complainant and opposite parties ‘ authorised signatory ,Sri.Siby Mathew, present.  Matter is settled for an amount of Rs.21,250/-.  As per settlement the  opposite parties undertake to pay the entire amount  on 30/6/2015 .  Complainant  agreed for the same. Hence the complaint  is closed accordingly.

      In case of default  the complainant is entitled to  get an interest on defaulted amount at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of complaint till realization
