          This complaint was pending since 2003 and till today, this complaint has been lying unattended.  Complainant has not bothered even to take first order of issuance of notice to opponents.  On last date i.e. 05/09/2011 on finding that both the parties were absent, we directed the office to issue notices to both the parties by ordinary post.  Accordingly, on 31/10/2011 office has sent notices by ordinary post to both the parties.  Despite notice, today none is present for the complainant as well as for the opponents.  It appears that complainant is not interested to prosecute this complaint and therefore, we are inclined to dismiss the complaint for default.  Hence, we pass the following order :-

                             -: ORDER :-

1.       Complaint stands dismissed for default at 12.05 p.m.

2.       No order as to costs.

3.       Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
