                         Complainant is absent. No step taken on her behalf to proceed with the case. Perused the complainant petition. The grievance of the complainant is that she was not provided with the D.L. although she has applied properly. Issuance of D.L. is a statutory act of the O.P. and the same is not a service. Hence the complainant has not make out a primafacei case against the O.P. under the provisions of C.P. Act.

             Accordingly the case is dismissed as not admitted.

          Pronounced in the open Forum  to-day  i.e the  26^th  day of   February ’  2020.
