        Complainants present.  Counsel for 2^nd opposite party present and filed memo with the signatures of the complainants to the effect that the matter was settled and to record FS Memo.  The complainants were identified with reference to the photo affixed on the complaint.  In addition to it, the complainants endorsed on the complaint that they are withdrawing the case.  The complainants are also identified by the counsel for the 2^nd opposite party.  In view of the said endorsement and memo filed the case is dismissed as settled.  FS is recorded.
