1.Comlpaint is allowed. 2.O.P. is directed to pay an amount of Rs.1,000,000/-with vested bonus if any found due to the complainant with interest at the rate of 9%p.a. from 1-8-2002 till the date of payment with cost of Rs,1000/-. 3.Claim is dismissed against O.P.2 send copy of this judgement and order to both O.P.s by RPAD and to the Complainant under C.O.P.
