वाद पुकारा गया। विपक्षीगण के अधिवक्ता अनुपस्थित है। प्रस्तुत परिवाद इस न्यायालय के सम्मुख निम्न अनुतोष प्रदान किये जाने हेतु प्रस्तुत किया गया है:-
(a) direct the opposite parties to charge interest on the loan asper lending rates prescribed by Reserve Bank of India, with effect from 1/01/2010.
(b) direct the opposite parties to adjust the excess amount paid by the complainants in future EMI'S after making calculation as per relief no.(a) and to refund excess amount, if any.
(c) hold the respondents liable for committing deficiency in services for charging exorbitant rate of interest and may further be pleased to award a sum of Rs 5,00,000/- (Five Lakh), as compensation to the complainant.
(d) direct the respondents to pay to the Complainant an amount of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) towards cost of litigation.
(e) pass any such other orders as this Hon’ble Commission may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the present case.
परिवादीगण की ओर से उपस्थित विद्वान अधिवक्ता श्रीमती सुचिता सिंह द्वारा कथन किया गया कि परिवाद लम्बन के दौरान परिवादीगण द्वारा विपक्षी से प्राप्त किया गया ऋण विपक्षी को सहमति/समझौते के आधार पर अंतिम रूप से विपक्षी की संतुष्टि के अनुसार वापस प्राप्त कराया जा चुका है अत्एव प्रस्तुत परिवाद इस न्यायालय के सम्मुख ऊपर

उल्लिखित अनुतोष हेतु समाप्त हो गया है, तद्नुसार परिवाद निरस्त करने की प्रार्थना की, प्रार्थना स्वीकृत है। सहमति/ समझौते को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए व परिवादीगण की ओर से उपस्थित विद्वान अधिवक्ता के कथन को स्वीकृत करते हुए परिवाद तद्नुसार निस्तारित किया जाता है।
आशुलिपिक/वैयक्तिक सहायक से अपेक्षा की जाती है कि वह इस निर्णय/आदेश को आयोग की वेबसाइट पर नियमानुसार यथाशीघ्र अपलोड कर दें।
