The Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present. The case is taken up for admission hearing. The Ld. Advocate submits that the complainant files an application vide serial  No. 1191 dated 17.04.2021 praying for certified copy of the order in-connection with  T.S. No. 163/1993 before the Ld. Civil Judge, junior Division, 2^nd Court Baruipur. Heard the Ld. Advocate. We find that the complainant has not yet exhausted the process  of receiving the report from the appropriate authority. The complainant may take appropriate step for getting the order / certified copy from the appropriate authority. On a careful consideration, we do not find any consumer dispute from the parties.

There is no ground for admission of the complaint. Hence, the Complaint be rejected.
