                    Complainant has made a separate statement to the effect that that he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraws the same. Heard. Complainant has been identified by the counsel for the complainant.

                    In view of the statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Original documents, if any, be returned to the complainant. Certified copy of this order be supplied to the complainant, forthwith, free of cost as permissible under Rules. File be consigned to  record room after due compliance.
