Complainant's counsel represented and submitted that no instructions from the complainant. Opposite parties no representation. On 18/5/2011 both parties submitted that chance for settlement. Thereafter five consecutive postings are given for settlement. Matter was not settled. On 2/7/2011 complainant's counsel filed I.A.229/11 for adjournment sufficient reasons made out. Hence I.A.allowed. Thereafter complainant's counsel submitted that matter not settled and posted for the affidavit of complainant. Today complainant not filed affidavit. It seems complainant is not interested in proceeding with the case. Hence, the complaint dismissed for default.
