The Complainant is absent, not taken any step and absent since long. On perusal of the case record, it came to our notice that the O.Ps preferred an Appeal vide R.P No.70/2014 before S.C.D.R. Commission, Cuttack against order dtd.10.02.14 passed in C.D No.15/2014 and the same Revision petition is dismissed vide O. No.16, dtd.11.07.15. On the other hand, the Adv. for O.Ps filed a memo along with a copy of billing statement w.e.from 04/2010 to 06/2017, where it is revealed a sum of Rs..81,282.75 ps. and also the Complainant has deposited Rs.15,000/- as per interim order dtd.10.02.2014. Hence, we find no reason to linger this Misc. case furthermore, for which the present Misc. case is dismissed & disposed of accordingly.
