            The case is put up today on the strength of the interim petition filed by the learned counsel for the complainant.

            The grievance of the complainant is  to  pass an interim order  and   direct  the O.P.s  not to  disconnect the power supply to the premises  of the complainant till final decision of the present dispute .

            Heard the  Learned Counsel for the complainant. It is submitted by the complainant that the husband of the complainant is an employee under O.P.No.3  and the O.p. No.3 has ;not paid the salary of her husband from 2005 till today   and in order to manage the family affairs the complainant  is engaged in self employment  and making his earning.  The complainant  is regularly paying the dues without any default  but all of

a sudden without  asking anything  to the complainant the O.p  1 has  issued a letter  to disconnect the electricity from the premises of the complainant  and the complainant has

filed her objection for the same. The children of the complainant are all school going students and the annual examination is to be held in the month of March or April,2015 and she will suffer further if the electricity is disconnected form the said premises. Hence, prayed   to pass an interim order and  direct the O.P s not to disconnect the power supply to the quarter of the complainant  till final decision of the present dispute.

          We perused the  complaint petition/interim petition and  heard the learned counsel for the complainant  and felt   there  exists a strong“ prima-facie” case in favour of the complainant .          Hence, it is ordered

                                                                  ORDER

         The Executive  Engineer, South Co. Rayagada Electrical Division,  Rayagada-  O.P. No.2 is directed not to disconnect the power supply to the quarter of the complainant till the disposal of this present case,  failing which contempt proceeding will be initiated against  him.

            Call on   25.  03 .2015  for filing of counter & objection  as well as compliance report of the interim order pass by this forum. Deviation of this order will follow the proceeding U/s 27 of the C.P.Act. Ordered accordingly.  This interim order is valid till disposal of the present case. The O.Ps are directed to file their counter positively on       25 .03 .2015.
