                                The complainant and O.Ps appears before the forum. The O.Ps filed a petition that the matter of the complainant has been settled out of the forum.   

                                The complaint has also filed a memo stating therein that he has agreed with the decision of the Op and he will not claim any amount in future regarding his claim, and satisfied with the amount paid by the Ops and does not want to proceed further with this case.

                              We perused the petition and also heard the   complainant.  As the complainant   has   received his claim amount and does not want to proceed further with this, the complaint is hereby closed   and disposed of accordingly.                      

                                Send the copy of order to both the parties free of cost.
