The Complainant and A/R for Ops being present filed a joint compromise petition stating that they have settled their disputes amicably outside the Forum as per the term and condition incorporated in the said compromise petition and prayed to pass necessary Orders. Heard  them at length.

                In view of said compromise between the Parties we close this case and direct to parties to follow the conditions of the compromise scrupulously.
