          Record is putup today. On the strength of putup petition alongwith a “Not Press Memo” filed by the Complainant. Complainant is personally present in this commission. Authorised person on behalf of O.Ps present. In the petition filed by the Complainant stated that, the Complainant has discussed & understood the details & issue of the present case with the O.Ps. The O.Ps agree for an out of court settlement of the disputes and the O.Ps agree to done a billing revision of the account of Consumer & further state that, the Complainant has fully satisfied by the O.Ps & he do not proceed further against the O.Ps & pray to drop the proceeding.

          In view of the above circumstances the complaint petition case is dropped as matter out of the court.
