    O.P filed time petition. Rejected. Complainant is president. Heard. The Compliant appeared before GRF for irregular bill numbers of time. But the GRF directed him to come through J.E Electrical. As per there direction   the complainant had appear before The Section Officer for revision of his bill. The Complainant paying regularly and he is a small shop keeper of slippers and shoes of kids. The regular bill of the Complainant of about below Rs.200 but all of a sudden the Ops Charged Rs.13000/- and now   that also corrected and rectify the bill of arrears Rs.8000/- he is appearing disconnection of electricity for the arrear. The Complainant paying the regular bill each month without failing. It appears the complaint is purely settled billing disputes and the Commission has no jurisdiction however the OPs are directed not to disconnect the electricity from the premises of the complainant till revised of the bill. After taking 3 months meter reading as per provision OERC Act.

Accordingly the case is disposed off in the open Commission with seal and signature of Commission.
