Both parties represented. Talk held. Matter is settled in the following terms.
- The opposite party agreed to comply with directions of the TRAI strictly in respect of levying monthly subscriptions.
- The opposite party shall issue bill on every month through online/off line which is practicable.
- Opposite party undertakes to comply with the above directions strictly in future failing which the complainant is at liberty to proceed u/s 27 of the Consumer Protection Act.1986.
As the matter is settled complaint stands allowed in terms of settlement. The terms of settlement will form part of the order.
