Heard on application for dismissal of the complaint as complaint cannot be proceeded on behalf of dead person without impleading his legal heirs. It is submitted in the application that it has come to knowledge of OP that Complainant Satnam Singh has died two months back. Till date no application for substitution of legal heirs of deceased Satnam Singh has been moved and the complaint cannot be proceeded in the name of deceased person without impleading his legal heirs and lastly prayed that present complaint may kindly be dismissed in the interest of justice.

Statement of Sh.Amit Beri, Advocate recorded that as per his information, the Complainant, Satnam Singh had died and he has informed the son of the complainant about the present complaint, but he did not turn up to persue the present complaint.

In view of statement suffered by Sh.Amit Beri, Advocate and considering the facts mentioned in the application of OP, the application for dismissal of complaint filed by the OP is allowed. Since the complainant has died and no L.Rs come forward, thus no notice can be issued, therefore the present complaint is dismissed. File be consigned to the record room.
