                                                                                           JUDGMENT

            Complainant has filed the consumer complaint challenging the disconnection notice of opposite parties for an amount of Rs.38,717/-. Notice was issued by this Commission on 19.02.2021, but opposite parties did not turn up.

            Keeping in view the balance for both parties, equity and fair play we dispose of the consumer complaint directing the opposite parties to deduct 30% of the arrear bill issued against the complainant and the complainant shall pay the rest amount in 06 monthly installments and till such time the electricity of complainant shall not be disconnected. With the aforesaid observation and direction the consumer complaint is disposed of. No cost.
