                                                                                          JUDGMENT

            Complainant has filed the consumer complaint seeking a direction for receiving the pending due amount in installments towards electricity charges of complainant and not to disconnect his electricity.

            The complainant is owner/proprietor of M/s Maa Mangala Ice Plant but there is not a single line averment in the consumer complaint is that he is engaged and earning his livelihood out of the said plant as such complainant is not coming within the purview of Consumer Protection Act, 2019 as such the consumer complaint is not maintainable. Besides that matter relates to billing process and there is alternate Forum available U/s.42(5) of Electricity Act. Hence the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
