Both the Complainant and his Advocate are absent on repeated calls, no steps filed. The Advocate for O.Ps No.1 & 2 is present and files hazira. O.P No.3 is absent, no step filed. The Advocate for O.Ps No.1 & 2 has raised objection that the Complainant has long absent and unnecessarily lingering the case. On perusal of the case record, it came to our notice that the Complainant remained absent from 03.06.2015 to till yet. Sufficient opportunities have been given to the Complainant for hearing of this case. The Complainant has not shown any interest to proceed this case further. So, we found no reason to adjourn this case furthermore. Hence, the case is dismissed for default of the Complainant.
