This case record has been placed before the ld. Judges of Upobhokta Lok Adalat for settlement.

It appears that this case has been settled in between the parties on the ground that the OP is paying the total purchase amount of Rs. 4700 to the complainant.  Complainant also received the said amount and filed money receipt.

As the disputes involved in this case have been amicably settled, this District Commission has no reason to stand on the way.

In the light of the observation made above, this C.C. Case No.161 of 2018 is disposed of as it is settled between the parties.
