This complaint has been remanded back to this Commission as per the order passed by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Chennai, in F.A.No.31/2015, dated 01.06.2020, and taken on the file of this Commission and posted on 17.08.2020, on receipt of the case records from the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. No one represented either on complainant or for the opposite parties for several hearings. Today both parties were called absent and no representation. Hence perusing the documents and the order of the Hon’ble SCDRC, Chennai this Commission delivered the following.
ORDER

The complainant has filed this complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for seeking direction to issue the original Registration Certificate of the Hero Honda Pleasure Bearing Registration No.TN-21-AZ-3246 and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony caused to the complainant and to pay cost of this proceedings.
On perusal of entire records, it is found that this case was remanded by the Tamil Nadu State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Chennai, in FA No.31/2015 dated 01.06.2020. The State Commission directed this DCDRF for fresh disposal on merits after providing sufficient opportunities for both parties to produce evidence in support of the contentions. But both parties are not appeared before this commission and adduced evidence even after giving sufficient opportunities to them. Hence this complaint is dismissed for default. No costs.
