ORDER

File is taken on board. Advocate for the accused has tendered a cheque for Rs.24,000/- to the complainant who is in person. Complainant reports the receipt of the same. It is further submitted that the accused had deposited Rs.13,500/- with the Hon’ble State Commission in the Appeal and on the dismissal of the appeal that amount is ordered to be paid to the complainant. With that payment, payment made today satisfies the claim of the D.Hr/Complainant. Hence, complainant submits for closing of the case. In view of the compliance of the order, proceeding is closed and accused is discharged
