A petition has been filed on behalf of complainant stating thus in that the opp has settled the matter out side the court and he has got a new washing machine as and he is fully satisfied as such he is not willing to continue with this case so he may be allowed to withdrawl this case . He has also filed his Aadhar card for his proper identify before the court. thus in view of the withdrawal petition complainant is allowed  to withdeaw his case and the case is disposed off .  Let the record be  kept in the record  room .
