Complainant represented. Heard the learned counsel for the complainant. In view of the decision rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in General Manager, Telecom. Vs. M. Krishnan and Another IIII (2009) CPJ 71 (SC) and in the subsequent decisions, this Forum has no jurisdiction to entertain this complaint. In view of the above, the complainant is directed to receive back the complaint and the related documents to file before the appropriate authority, if so advised.
