ORDER

     This consumer complaint was called at 11.00 AM and thereafter at 12.30 PM and now at 3.20 PM. Neither the complainant nor his counsel has appeared. On the previous date of hearing i.e. 06.12.2018, Sh.Harpreet Singh Rakhra, Counsel for Complainant was present and on his request, time was given to file some documents and long date was given for arguments on admission. Perusal of the orders dated 02.11.2018 and 12.11.2018 shows that on the said dates, neither the complainant nor his counsel was present. This Forum has shown the leniency and had ordered the issuance of notice to the complainant for 06.12.2018. On the said date, his counsel had appeared. But today neither complainant nor his counsel has appeared and repeated non appearance of the complainant or his counsel despite knowledge shows that complainant is not interested in prosecution of the complaint. Complaint has not yet been admitted. Hence, we proceed to dismiss the complaint for want of appearance of the complainant and non prosecution.

      Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost. The file be consigned.
