| Final Order / Judgement | The case is posted today for hearing. The Ld. Counsel for the Complainant/ Complainant himself are present before this Forum. The Ld. Counsel for the Complainant files a petition for withdrawal of this case on the reason mentioned therein. Copy served to the other sides without objection. Perused the withdrawal petition of the Complainant. Heard the matter, the withdrawal petition is allowed. The Ld. Counsel for the O.Ps files a petition regarding settlement of the claim. Copy served to other sides. The O.P has agreed to refund the sum assured amount of Rs.1,69,400/- (Rupees One lakh sixty nine thousand four hundred) only to the nominee/ Complainant under the Policy in shape of cheque bearing No.111124, dt.07.07.2016 of Rs.1,69,400/- & files cheque today. So the above cheque be handed over to the Complainant with proper identification. As the case has already been amicably settled between the Parties & Complainant does not want to proceed further in this case, so under the above facts & circumstances, the Case of the Complainant is hereby withdrawn & disposed off accordingly. | |
