| Final Order / Judgement | The record is put up today on the strength of call for petition filed by the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant. The Ld. Counsel for Complainant files a petition praying for withdrawal of this case on the reason mentioned therein. Copy served without objection by the O.Ps. Heard, the withdrawal petition is allowed. The Adv. for the O.Ps also files a petition regarding settlement of the claim between both Parties. Copy served. The O.Ps have agreed to refund the sum assured amount of Rs.12,00,000/- (Rupees Twelve lakhs) only to the nominee in shape of cheque bearing No.111126, dt.07.07.2016 & files above cheque today. The Complainant is present today. So the above cheque be handed over to him with proper identification by the Advocate. As the case has already been settled amicably between the Parties & Complainant does not want to proceed further in this case, so under the above facts & circumstances, the Case of the Complainant is hereby withdrawn & disposed off accordingly. | |
