The leanred counsel for the respondents has

made statement that a sum of Rs.58,000/- as full and final

settlement against policy No.13396067, which was issued

against Policy No.01609184, will be paid to the

applicant-complainant within two weeks from today

 i.e. 13.5.2011. He further stated that the said policies

 will be cancelled and there is no dispute pending against

 policy No.01557200. The learned counsel for

applicant-complainant admitted statement of counsel

 for the respondents to be correct. Such statement is

placed on record. In view of this, the respsondents are

 directed to pay an amount of Rs.58,000/- to the complainant

within two weeks from today i.e. 13.5.2011. It is further

made clear that the said policies will be cancelled by the

OPs. The execution application stands disposed of accordingly.

                    Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to

the parties. Be tagged with the main file.
