2.   The Manager, Customer Connect, Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd., Chennai – OP No.2.

3.   The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited Credit Card Services, Cheenai, through its Manager – OP No.3.

 

Present:  Sh.Raj Karan Singh, Advocate for Complainant.

          Sh.Sandeep Suri, Advocate for OPs.

                       

Dated, the 19th day of March, 2010.

                        ORDER

1.        Counsel for OPs has brought a draft of Rs.1600/- in favour of complainant and Panasonic Cordless Phone KX-TC2100, which Sh.Raj Karan Singh, Advocate for complainant has received and made statement for withdrawal of the execution applicaton, which is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.Raj Karan Singh, Advocate for Complainant.

 

I have received draft of Rs.1600/- bearing draft No.041342, dated 17.3.2010 drawn on HSBC Payable at Par in favour of complainant and a Panasonic Cordless Phone KX-TC2100 from Sh.Sandeep Suri, Advocate for OPs. I have already received draft of Rs.29,105/- and a Panasonic Cordless Phone on the last date of hearing from counsel for OP. The order has been complied with by the OPs. I withdraw present execution application as satisfied.”

 

2.        In view of the statement given by counsel for complainant, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn.

3.        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
