                        ORDER

                        Sh.Sandeep Suri, Adv. for OPs gave statement that the full payment has been made to the complainant as per the order of this Forum and as per the settlement, the Credit Card of the complainant will be cancelled with Zero liability.

          Sh.Sanjay Kumar, Advocate for complainant gave a statement that he has heard the statement of the learned counsel for the OPs and accepted it as correct and he withdraws the present execution application and the same be disposed of accordingly.

          In view of the said statement of counsel for the parties, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties shall remain bound by their statements.

          Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
