This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards compensation for unfair trade practices / malpractices in the business contracts to the complainant.

 

The complainant sent a letter stating that “I am not interested / not afford to appoint a separate Counsel (Lawyer) to look after my petition.  So, I kindly requested the Hon’ble Forum to take my concern for the stopping of petition”.  Hence this complaint is dismissed as not pressed.  No costs.  The letter form part of the order.
