Per Sri A. Hazarath Rao,  President:-

                Complainant absent when called during call work. Opposite party reported ready. This matter was passed over to take up again after lunch. Taken up after lunch. Opposite party present. Complainant called absent. No representation on behalf of complainant.  This Forum on 30-11-10, 21-12-10 and 13-01-11 adjourned the matter though there was no representation on either side as CP Act is a beneficial legislation. On 07-02-11 and 15-02-11, this Forum adjourned the matter at the request of complainant’s counsel. As there was no representation on 25-02-11 this Forum posted the matter to this date (21-03-11) under the caption “dismissal”. Inspite of that the complainant did not prosecute the case for the reasons best known to him.  It therefore appears to us that the complainant has no interest in prosecuting the case.  Hence, dismissed.
