ORDER

The complainant Sri Rupjit Malla Buzar Baruah is personally present in the Forum Today. We have heard him. He orally informs the Forum that he is already compromised with the Opp. party and the Opp. party has also paid him compensation and now he prays to drop the proceeding. Accordingly the proceeding is dropped being already compromised by the parties outside the Forum.

 

Later on, the Opp. party side also appears in the forum accordingly they are apprised the order passed to-day as above.
